The Controller shall process the personal data for purposes related to or essential for the performance of the personnel recruitment and selection activity. The legal basis consists in the need to further the aforementioned purposes and consent is required only in the presence of data relating to health, such as membership of protected categories.

The Controller will process the data for a maximum period of 24 months, after which they will be destroyed or anonymised.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of refusal
The provision of data for the purpose under the previous point is mandatory and shall constitute an essential condition for the fulfilment of your request to participate in the personnel selection: failure to provide the data will, therefore, make it impossible to evaluate the candidate’s application.
Categories of recipients
The Controller shall not disseminate the data, but they intend to disclose them to company employees authorised to perform processing by virtue of their respective tasks, as well as to companies of the Group, to professionals, companies or firms involved in recruitment, professionals or service companies, labour consultants and company physician.
Such recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, shall be appointed data processors with a specific contract or other legal deed.
Transfer of data to another Country and/or an international organisation
The personal data shall not be transferred to non-EU Countries or to international organisations.
Rights of the data subjects
The Data Subjects have the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, erase them or restrict the processing if the conditions are met, as well as obtain the portability of the data they have disclosed personally.

The Data Subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory body, the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
