Heating Elements

We produce tubes for heating elements introducing new standards of quality and cutting-edge technologies in this sector. Production excellence, performance and reliability define CSM TUBE among the variety of tube manufacturers for heating elements.

CSM provides a wide range of tube for heating elements used in a variety of frontline industries from food and beverage up to chemical processing sector. Our tubular elements can be customized to suit individual projects and client’s requirements featuring thickness from 0.3 mm up to 1.5 mm (depending on diameter) and diameters varying from 4 mm up to 28 mm.

CSM's tubes for heating elements come in a variety of shapes as well as alloys including AISI and high nickel materials to satisfy even most sophisticated demands. In this way, we provide clients with heating elements featuring low corrosion rates.

Among tubular heating elements manufacturers worldwide we offer tubes made of heat-treated steel using in-line induction oven functioning at 1050 degrees centigrade that exceeds temperature of recrystallization ensuring reliable results. Using this technology, we satisfy clients looking for tubes used in heating elements with high strength and corrosion resistance.
