The story of CSM stainless steel pipe company starts in 1983 with Giorgio Trolese setting up a single line producing electro-welded stainless steel tubes. At that time, CSM focused on small diameters and low-range wall thickness with a production capacity of 2.5 million meters per year. Today CSM stainless steel production capacity has grown to 45 million meters yearly while the offer of tube diameter extended from 3 up to 50 different options.
With constant development of CSM as a stainless steel pipe company new components and features were added to manufacturing process. Since 2000 we started offering bright heat-treated tubes in coiled or straight formats. We also introduced new standards in stainless steel production of tubes featuring AISI 300/400 and pipes with high content of nickel to provide bespoke tubing solutions for specific clients.
CSM went beyond the opportunities of stainless steel pipe suppliers in Italy to explore international market. We have expanded our reach opening facilities in Brazil and the USA establishing a huge community of industrial partners in both Americas, Europe and worldwide.
